Who are we?

Diagnósticos da América is the largest company engaged in diagnostic medicine in Latin America . We operate in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba under eight brands that are all well-established in their respective regions, namely: Delboni Auriemo, Lavoisier and Elkis e Furlanetto in São Paulo; Bronstein, Lâmina and CRL in Rio de Janeiro; Club DA in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro; as well as Curitiba Medicina Diagnóstica and Delboni Auriemo in Curitiba.

Structured around 148 units and three Technical-Operational Centers, we serve 15 thousand clients and process approximately 80 thousand clinical analysis tests per day, with accuracy, safety and promptness. We employ 4,100 people, including physicians, biochemists, biomedical professionals, nurses, engineers, architects and business managers. Our medical staff comprises 500 specialists, many of whom with a doctorate or post-doctorate degree from Brazilian and foreign universities.

Functional and relaxing, our patient service centers are strategically distributed for our clients' best convenience and they offer numerous special benefits. A case in point of the Pediatric Service Center , which aggregates a team of professionals specialized in childcare, and provides lounges that are especially decorated and equipped to make
our young patients feel at home while waiting in this unit.

Our market segmentation strategy allows us to focus on our clients, offering them not only good service at affordable prices but also amenities such as Home Service, and several options of access to their test results, which can be picked up at the unit, retrieved through the Internet, sent by fax or delivered to a specified address.

In addition, we maintain partnerships with renowned laboratories in other countries for the performance of esoteric tests, and with Brazilian hospitals where we provide all the support required in diagnostic medicine.

Our processes and procedures are all recognized by the most prestigious national and international quality certification institutions, such as: the British Standard Institute (ISO 9001:2000), INMETRO, the Brazilian Society of Clinical Pathology (PALC e PELM) and CAP – College of American Pathologists .
