Dividends
In accordance with the Company’s By-laws, net income has the following destination: (i) 5%
for the legal reserve up to the limit of 20% of share capital; and (ii) 25% of the remaining
balance adjusted in accordance with Art. 202 of Law 6,404/76, for the payment of the
minimum compulsory dividends
